No show/ Cancellations
We kindly ask for 24-48 notice for any appointment cancellations. If you no show, or cancel without at least 24 hours notice we may require 50% or full payment for the appointment missed before being able to rebook any future appointments.
All service appointments are booked by time and our staff are usually scheduled back to back. If you are late for your appointment we can try and accommodate you if possible., but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee.
Eyelash Extensions are an investment of time, money and care on our client and staff's behalf. We will make every effort to satisfy a client's wishes and troubleshoot any possible aftercare dilemmas diligently. However because of time and product used for our services, We are unable to offer refunds on any and all services provided. If you are ever unhappy with your service please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
All retail purchases are final sale.
Lash Extension Appointments
We ask that our lash extension clients please follow the proper aftercare instructions provided by their technician. We cannot be held responsible for the longevity of your extensions past the first week of your appointment. If you are having abnormal lash retention issues please contact us immediately so we can work with you and your home care regimen to resolve any issues right away. Please keep in mind if you come in for your lash refill appointment and have less than 40% of your extensions remaining it may be considered a full set or extended refill.
